Qualifications

• Significant financial‑services experience in operations, risk management, process governance, or governance initiatives.
• Proven portfolio and program management across multiple initiatives.
• Strong ability to interpret policies, standards, and methodologies into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Operations portfolio of enterprise‑driven process, risk, control, policy, and governance initiatives.
• Translate complex policies into clear impacts, milestones, actions, and communications.
• Develop executive presentations and governance materials for senior leaders.
