The Sherwin-Williams Company seeks a Process Adoption Manager to lead end-to-end deployment and adoption of new processes and digital solutions across global regions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage readiness, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful go-lives and sustained adoption at the Cleveland Global Headquarters.

You will drive adoption strategies, monitor metrics, mitigate risks, and enable continuous improvement while aligning with transformation goals

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business or engineering fields.
• At least five (5) years of experience in implementation, deployment, or transformation roles.
• Experience leading system implementations (ERP/CRM or similar).
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead execution of implementation activities across all phases (build, test, cutover, go-live, stabilization).
• Ensure solutions are deployed as defined in scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver milestones.
• Manage multiple concurrent deployments within region or domain.
• Drive alignment between global strategy and regional execution.
• Develop and execute adoption strategies to ensure successful uptake of new processes and solutions.
• Lead training strategies and programs aligned to changes.
• Engage stakeholders across business, IT, and transformation teams.
• Monitor adoption levels and address gaps.
• Define and track KPIs; mitigate risks and issues.
• Lead post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement.
