Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Quality/Continuous Improvement professional to lead documentation, knowledge capture, and process standardization across projects. The role involves coordinating training resources, leveraging SharePoint and Power Platform, and ensuring compliance with division procedures while working on-site with occasional travel.

The candidate will drive data integrity, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with QE managers and technicians to enhance product quality

Qualifications

• Must have a Technical Writing Degree or BS in Chemistry or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality/Assurance, Process/Continuous Improvement or related field.
• Technical writing skills.
• Experience working with Office 365 including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Reduce complexity by executing and escalating on projects requiring documentation and mapping.
• Identify strategies to reduce complexity costs while improving product consistency and data management.
• Develop standards, procedures and processes to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Capture critical knowledge and create onboarding/training resources.
• Organize training forums and knowledge-sharing tools (SharePoint, PowerApps, etc).
• Benchmark digital tools across units to leverage best practices.
• Conduct on-site follow-ups to develop procedures and ensure compliance with work instructions.
