Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Cleveland, OH, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage a broad requisition load for the Performance Coatings Group, focusing on full-cycle recruitment and candidate engagement.

This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at the Cleveland Global Headquarters, with responsibilities spanning sourcing, interviewing, offers, and process improvement while ensuring compliance and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of full life cycle recruitment experience.
• Advanced sourcing experience leveraging varying recruitment technology.
• Advanced interviewing experience to identify skills and competencies.
• Experience in offer negotiations.
• Knowledge of recruitment marketing and branding best practices.
• Knowledge of local recruitment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Full Cycle Recruitment: manage requisitions, negotiate offers, screen candidates, schedule interviews.
• Candidate Attraction: identify new opportunities, source via multiple channels, align with brand guidelines, plan outreach events.
• Business Connectivity: partner with HR and hiring managers, communicate updates, provide training and resources.
• Advancing TA Objectives: own data, track staffing information, share metrics with partners, ensure process standards and best practices, identify improvement ideas, ensure compliance.
