Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Senior Regional Process Technology Manager to lead a high-impact process excellence team for Global Polymers. The role partners with plants and technical groups to advance process safety, productivity, quality and service across regions.

The position involves 25% travel, CAPEX oversight, and leadership development for engineers. A bonus and long-term incentive compensation may apply based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering and 15+ years in process engineering or operations.
• Experience with reactive chemistry and coating or chemical processing.
• Proven P&L management and strong financial acumen.
• Proficient in MS Office and data trend analysis.
• Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional process engineering and improvement programs.
• Manage project pipeline and resource prioritization.
• Support sites with process safety and coating manufacturing.
• Oversee CAPEX and non-CAPEX project execution.
• Develop process engineers and promote best practices.
