Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Enterprise Data & Insights - Lead Product Manager to lead the development and launch of data products across Corporate functions. You will manage from concept to end of life using agile or waterfall methods, and partner with business and tech teams to drive value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration, or in lieu of a degree, or at least 9 years of experience in technology product management.
• 6+ years of experience in technology product management with experience in launching and managing successful products.
• Extensive knowledge of product development and launch processes, including agile methodologies.
• Extensive knowledge of production innovation methodologies and leading practices.
• Ability to conduct advanced market research and analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Proven experience with hardware or software product development.
• Extensive knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and customer-centric design thinking.
• Expertise in business processes, including IT, vendor management, and software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business language.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute product strategy, including product roadmaps, priorities, pricing, budgeting, positioning, and messaging.
• Develop strategies to define product requirements in partnership with the business and work with cross-functional teams to ensure product vision is understood and executed.
• Establish market research to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive threats.
• Drive strategies to define, track, and report on product metrics to measure success.
• Plan and lead the product development process, from concept to launch, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Lead knowledge management and provide guidance as needed.
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership, including translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and guide the team as needed.
• Lead product performance and customer feedback analysis to identify improvements and drive innovation.
