Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Privacy Analyst to strengthen a global data privacy program within a technology environment. You will independently lead complex privacy assessments, advise stakeholders, and ensure that personal data is processed in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other global laws.

This role requires influence across Operations, IT, Security, Legal, and Product, with responsibility for PIAs, DPIAs, LIAs, and ROPAs, plus privacy-by-design initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in data privacy and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of global privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SSAE 18, NIST Privacy Framework, and Privacy by Design.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior privacy subject matter expert and trusted advisor, providing practical, risk-based guidance across the organization.
• Lead complex global assessments of personal data processing across products, services, and third-party subprocessors.
• Prepare and oversee privacy documentation including PIAs, DPIAs, LIAs, and ROPAs.
• Oversee privacy rights requests for consumers and employees, ensuring timely responses and risk-informed decisions.
• Monitor global privacy laws and enforcement trends, translating changes into actionable guidance for stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and improve scalable privacy processes, controls, and supporting documentation.
• Lead privacy investigations and coordinate remediation actions with cross-functional teams.
