Job summary

HAQQ Inc. is seeking a seasoned privacy leader to own the data-protection program and DPIAs across borders, aligning with GDPR and SOC 2 requirements.

You will implement robust privacy controls, monitor risk, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-growing legal-tech environment. You will manage data subject rights, breach response, RoPA, oversee processors and transfers, and lead GDPR alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of privacy/data protection experience.
• Deep GDPR knowledge; CIPP/E or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with cross-border data transfers.
• Legal background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the data-protection program and DPIAs.
• Manage data subject rights, breach response, RoPA.
• Oversee processors, SCCs and transfers.
• Drive GDPR/SOC 2 privacy alignment.
