Job summary

SHEIN is seeking a Senior Privacy Operations Analyst to lead global privacy initiatives across our operations in Los Angeles and beyond. You will oversee assessments, policy development, incident response, and rights requests while collaborating with legal, security, and engineering teams.

The role requires 3–5+ years in privacy operations, strong knowledge of GDPR/CCPA, and certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, or CIPT are a plus. A competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Experience in privacy operations, data protection, or compliance roles.
• Professional privacy certifications such as CIPP/CIPM/CIPT preferred.
• Experience with incident management and regulatory reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead privacy impact assessments and data protection initiatives across global operations.
• Monitor adherence to GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws.
• Develop and maintain privacy policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional privacy reviews for new products and processes.
• Manage privacy incident response and breach notification.
• Conduct privacy training for employees and stakeholders.
• Oversee data subject rights requests processing and response coordination.
• Implement privacy by design in workflows and integrations.
• Perform privacy audits and compliance assessments across units.
• Collaborate with legal, security, and engineering teams on privacy initiatives.
