The Planet Group is seeking a Technical Compliance Specialist to build and support a privacy-by-design program across Product, Design, and Marketing. This role collaborates with multiple legal and engineering teams to tackle complex regulatory requirements and drive auditable privacy frameworks.

You will work on data governance, risk assessments, data mapping, and incident preparedness, coordinating across global teams and deploying compliant solutions that scale.

Formación

• Translate legal and regulatory requirements (DMA, GDPR, CCPA) into auditable programs.
• Define and drive privacy roadmaps, including data mapping, risk assessments, and incident preparedness.
• Monitor evolving privacy regulations and ensure technical controls meet compliance expectations.
• Lead internal audits and external assessments by organizing technical safeguards.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as program lead for privacy-by-design across Product, Design, and Marketing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and legal teams to drive compliance initiatives.
• Tackle novel problems and manage multiple projects with varying urgency and impact.
• Research, experiment, and collaborate on new privacy solutions and systems.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to all management levels.
• Drive complex regulatory asks requiring alignment across organizations.
