Job summary

SEI Investments Company seeks a Privacy Analyst to join its global Privacy Office and support privacy, data governance, and regulatory compliance across SEI's operations.

You will work with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Third-Party Vendor Management, Technology, and Operations to implement privacy controls, assess data processing activities, and provide guidance on privacy obligations across international business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to absorb and digest complex data processing activities and business relationships.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Privacy Governance and Compliance across international business units, communicating controls related to data access and minimization.
• Draft and maintain Records of Processing Activities and Data Protection Impact Assessments for review by Chief Privacy Officer.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Third-Party Vendor Management, Technology, and Operations to implement privacy controls.
• Take ownership of assigned privacy initiatives and coordinate designated workstreams with stakeholders across the enterprise.
• Prepare practical recommendations to improve privacy compliance, data governance, and operational effectiveness.
