Job summary

ArentFox Schiff LLP seeks an associate (3rd–5th year) for its Privacy and Data Security practice. The candidate will handle international, federal, and state privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), draft policies, data protection agreements, and contribute to due diligence and investigations.

Domestic and overseas travel are expected. The base salary ranges from $240,000 to $305,000 per year, with a comprehensive bonus program and additional incentives based on performance and contributions.

Qualifications

• Experience with international, federal, and state privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Strong academic credentials and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel domestically and overseas

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and negotiating privacy provisions in contracts
• Prepare and review privacy policies and data protection agreements
• Support incident response and regulatory investigations as needed
