ArentFox Schiff seeks a privacy lawyer with deep experience across international, federal and state privacy regimes to advise on complex transactions and regulatory matters.

You will draft and review privacy policies, DPAs, and data protection provisions, manage incident response, and support investigations, with travel required.

Experience with adtech, privacy litigation, and AI regulation is a plus; willingness to travel domestically and abroad.

Formación

• Extensive experience with GDPR, CCPA and other privacy laws.
• Experience drafting privacy policies and data protection agreements (DPAs).
• Experience performing privacy impact assessments and due diligence in transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review privacy policies and DPAs.
• Draft privacy and security provisions in contracts.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and regulatory due diligence.
• Assist with incident response and regulatory investigations.
• Support adtech privacy, privacy litigation, and AI regulation projects.
