ArentFox Schiff’s Privacy and Data Security practice seeks a seasoned professional to advise Fortune 500s, startups, governments, and nonprofits on privacy compliance and data protection strategy.

The role covers GDPR, CCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, and related regimes, with opportunities to impact data processing agreements, investigations, and cross-border transfers. Some domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with international, federal, and state privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other major statutes.
• Knowledge of privacy and security provisions in contracts, privacy impact assessments, and regulatory investigations.
• Experience with adtech privacy, privacy litigation, and AI regulation is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review privacy policies, data protection agreements, and privacy provisions in contracts.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and due diligence for transactions.
• Assist with incident response, regulatory inquiries, and cross-border data transfers.
