Job summary

ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking an associate in its Privacy and Data Security practice group for 3rd–5th year level, in any office location in the United States. The role requires experience with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and related laws, and involves drafting and reviewing privacy policies, data protection agreements, and security provisions in contracts.

The good faith base salary range is $240,000 to $305,000 per year, with a comprehensive bonus program based on performance and qualifications;

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials; top performance in law school or equivalent.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review privacy policies and data protection agreements.
• Handle privacy and security provisions of contracts and due diligence.
• Assist in incident response and regulatory investigations.
• Support adtech privacy, privacy litigation, and AI regulation efforts.
