Job summary

Digital Turbine is seeking a Privacy Counsel to serve as a hands-on advisor on global privacy and data protection across DT's platform, product, and partnerships. You will work with Legal, Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Ad Operations to embed privacy considerations into product development and commercial deals.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in privacy law, strong knowledge of GDPR/CCPA, and experience negotiating DPAs, with a J.D. and bar admission in good standing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of privacy and data protection law experience
• Strong knowledge of global/privacy frameworks (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, COPPA)
• Ability to translate complex legal requirements into actionable guidance
• Experience negotiating data processing agreements and DPAs

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day privacy advisor for global laws applicable to DT
• Advise on privacy-by-design for features, data minimization and consent
• Review DPAs, SCCs, UK IDTA and data transfer mechanisms
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Partnerships and Ad Operations
• Translate regulatory changes into practical guidance for stakeholders
