Job summary
Iron Mountain Data Centers seeks a Principal Electrical Engineer to serve as the global technical authority for utility and distribution systems, standby generation, UPS, energy storage, earthing, and power quality. You will lead across new developments, customer deployments, and the existing portfolio, establishing technical direction and global standards.

Qualifications
- 15+ years of multi-market technical leadership in data center or mission-critical programs.
- Expertise across utility strategy, HV/MV/LV systems, protective relaying, energy storage and power quality.
- Ability to govern global approval frameworks and balance resilience, CapEx/OpEx, and utility constraints.
- Strong executive presence to communicate complex engineering decisions to leadership and regulators.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
