Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to guide electrical engineering across regional and global Data Center Design and Construction teams. You will act as the senior technical reviewer for complex electrical systems, ensuring quality, resolving risks, and raising global discipline capability through leadership and mentorship.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in data center, mission-critical, or major capital programs.
- In-depth knowledge of critical power systems, power-system studies, protective relay coordination, codes/standards, and commissioning requirements.
- Proven ability to balance power architecture, electrical resilience, capital costs, efficiency, and schedule risks.
- Credible negotiation and communication skills to influence consultants and cross-functional teams.
- University degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical strategy and reviews for major data center builds and upgrades.
- Govern design reviews, standards, and basis of design documents; manage deviations within authority.
- Lead evaluations of utility interconnections, HV/MV/LV distribution, UPS, and battery storage systems.
- Partner with Supply Chain on OFCI equipment strategies and conduct root-cause investigations.
