Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to act as the global technical authority for utility and distribution systems, standby generation, UPS, energy storage, earthing, and power quality. You will lead across new developments, deployments, and operations, setting technical direction and governing standards.

Qualifications
- 15+ years of multi-market technical leadership in data centers or mission-critical programs.
- Expertise across utility strategy and high/medium/low voltage systems, energy storage.
Responsibilities
- Set Global Technical Direction for utility interconnects, HV/MV/LV distribution, UPS, battery storage, and standby generation.
- Govern global standards and frameworks including Basis of Design and technical specifications.
- Advise executive leadership on technical strategy, investments, and roadmaps.
- Direct equipment strategy and incident investigations, embedding root-cause findings into standards.
- Build a global electrical community of practice and mentor engineers.
