• Senior leadership experience in Equities, Prime Finance, or complex capital markets tech.
• Deep understanding of Prime Finance concepts incl. margining, financing, securities lending, collateral.
• Proven record delivering large-scale tech transformations.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong global people leadership with budget ownership.

• Define and drive technology strategy and multi-year transformation roadmap.
• Translate growth objectives into technology priorities and investments.
• Lead end-to-end modernization of Prime Finance platforms.
• Converge execution, prime, clearing, and margin technologies.
