Citi is seeking a senior technology leader to drive the Trade and Working Capital Technology strategy within Treasury and Trade Solutions. Based in New York, you will guide architecture, modernization, and digitization efforts across 90+ countries, leading a large team of engineers and collaborating with executives on growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in technology leadership for Financial Services, preferably in Transaction Banking.
• Demonstrated skills in developing and executing Target State Architecture and designs strategies in technology transformation programs.
• Established trust with professionals across business and IT as a leader, advisor and business partner with customer focus.
• Proven deep technical expertise and knowledge; recognized for experience and track record.
• Ability to balance world class technology delivery with cost management and clear ROI.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Technology strategy and Architecture enabling TTS Trade and Working Capital Product and Sales strategy, focusing on digitization.
• Drive transformation and modernize legacy systems with a cutting-edge tech stack.
• Provide strategic direction and daily oversight to ensure delivery, with compliant governance.
• Improve cross-product architecture using CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile methods.
• Lead negotiations with internal/external stakeholders impacting area and organization.
• Develop a multiyear roadmap with operations and Product to enable growth and scale.
• Enhance Client Experience by expanding digital onboarding and faster client inquiries.
• Deliver transformation goals and regulatory commitments with governance.
