Citi is seeking a senior technology leader to head the Trade and Working Capital Technology organization within Treasury and Trade Solutions. You will report to the SMT and executive committees, shaping the technology strategy, architecture, and execution across a 800+ engineer team serving 90+ countries.

The role emphasizes growth, digitization, transformation, scalability, and enriching client experience while maintaining robust governance and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated technology leadership in financial services or transactional banking.
• Experience designing Target State Architecture and transformation programs.
• Proven ability to partner with business and IT and drive customer-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Technology strategy and architecture for Trade and Working Capital products; focus on digitization.
• Drive transformation and modernise legacy systems with new technology stacks.
• Provide strategic direction and daily oversight for delivery, governance, and compliance.
