Job summary

Citi is seeking a senior technology leader to head the Trade and Working Capital Solutions Technology organization within Treasury and Trade Solutions. The role oversees a global engineering team, driving architecture, digitization, and transformation to scale operations and enhance client experience.

You will shape the target operating model, lead multi-year roadmaps, and collaborate with product and operations to modernize legacy platforms while maintaining strong governance and risk

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading technology teams in financial services.
• Experience designing Target State Architecture and tech transformation strategies.
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with business and IT leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute technology strategy and architecture for Trade and Working Capital solutions.
• Modernize legacy systems with new tech stack and CI/CD practices.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and risk controls across delivery.
• Drive cross-product architecture improvements and DevOps adoption.
• Lead multi-year roadmaps with operations and product teams to enable growth.
• Strengthen client experience through faster digital onboarding and support.
