Qualifications

• 14+ years in service delivery or technical program management in financial services.
• Experience with high-availability trading platforms or equivalent complex tech ecosystems.
• Proven senior delivery leader with cross-functional dependency management under pressure.
• Strong governance, milestone tracking, and outcome reporting.
• Experience operating in global matrixed organizations across NAM, EMEA, APAC.
• Familiarity with scalable delivery frameworks and risk/issue management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Experience leading technology transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reliable technology services to the Equities business, orchestrating end-to-end service delivery across technical initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional technical initiatives across multiple delivery cycles.
• Partner with Equities leaders and global teams to align outcomes with program objectives.
• Lead post-engagement reviews and root-cause analysis, embedding lessons learned.
• Support hiring velocity by building foundational technology teams for the program.
• Provide regular executive-level reporting on delivery health, risks, and outcomes.
• Champion a culture of delivery excellence, resilience, and continuous improvement.
