Citi is looking for a Technology Lead, Client Integration to own the delivery of business-critical client connectivity programs across Cash and Synthetic Prime Brokerage. You will be the primary technology point of contact for external clients, shaping how they connect to Citi's platforms and leading integration from requirements through go-live and beyond.

You will manage multiple delivery workstreams in a global model, design tailored integration solutions, and guide junior analysts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading client-facing integration or delivery programs in financial services or investment banking.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent delivery workstreams within a global operating model.
• Understanding of connectivity protocols (SFTP, SWIFT, FIX) and their use in trade file transmission and reporting.
• Working knowledge of the trade lifecycle (allocation, clearing, settlement).
• Strong SQL skills for data mapping and validation of integrations.
• Unix/Linux experience for troubleshooting, log analysis, and scripting.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint for project management.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of client integration programs for Cash and Synthetic Prime Brokerage, connecting external clients to Citi via SFTP and SWIFT.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external Prime Brokerage clients on connectivity requirements, from scoping to launch.
• Design tailored integration solutions for standard and complex client connectivity needs.
• Manage each integration from requirements gathering through testing, sign-off, and post-launch support.
• Coordinate rollout readiness across business, technology, and client teams before deployments.
• Report progress and risks to stakeholders, keeping delivery on track.
• Investigate data and connectivity issues using SQL and Unix tools to validate integrations.
• Guide and support junior Client Integration Analysts, building their technical and client-facing skills.
