Must have extensive pricing strategy and operations experience, plus hands-on ERP/EDW/CPQ expertise and BI tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

Salary: $140,000.00 USD Annually - $165,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Global Pricing Operations Manager to lead the transformation of enterprise pricing operations through process optimization, data-driven decision-making, automation, and AI-enabled workflows. This individual will play a critical role in building a scalable pricing ecosystem that supports both organic growth and acquisition integration across a global organization. The ideal candidate combines expertise in pricing strategy, enterprise systems, process design, analytics, and emerging technologies to drive business transformation and operational excellence.

This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities

• Map, document, and analyze existing pricing workflows across the organization, including formal and informal processes.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of how pricing decisions are made, governed, and executed across business units.
• Design and implement standardized pricing workflows that improve consistency, scalability, efficiency, and governance.
• Establish and maintain integrated workflows connecting ERP systems, enterprise data warehouses (EDW), and pricing platforms to create a single source of truth.
• Partner with commercial, finance, operations, and IT stakeholders to improve pricing effectiveness and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to automate pricing activities and deploy intelligent workflow solutions using AI and automation technologies.
• Build scalable AI-driven processes that improve pricing execution, analytics, monitoring, and decision support.
• Define and support pricing data architecture, governance, and integration strategies.
• Leverage advanced analytics and business intelligence tools to enable pricing insights and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop scalable data models and reporting capabilities.
• Support the implementation and optimization of pricing technologies, CPQ platforms, and workflow automation solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Pricing Strategy, Pricing Operations, Revenue Management, CPQ, or related commercial process functions.
• Demonstrated success mapping and redesigning commercial, financial, ERP, or business workflows at enterprise scale.
• Hands‑on experience implementing AI and automation solutions in production environments at enterprise level.
• Strong ERP expertise including process design, workflow configuration, integrations, and data architecture.
• Experience working with Enterprise Data Warehouses (EDW), data governance, and business intelligence platforms.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with expert‑level proficiency in Excel and strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Experience utilizing automation and AI platforms such as Power Automate, UiPath, Make, or comparable technologies.
• Strong understanding of pricing methodologies, pricing operations, and/or CPQ systems.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change across cross‑functional teams.
• Experience operating within global, matrixed organizations.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, business integrations, or enterprise systems harmonization initiatives.
