Job summary

Belden Inc. in Carmel, Indiana seeks a Manager of Pricing Strategy (IAS) to lead pricing initiatives across the Industrial Automation Solutions portfolio.

You will collaborate with international product teams, regional sales and channel teams, and finance to drive price improvements, margins and performance. The role emphasizes data-informed decision making, pricing governance, and the use of digital tools to analyze pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in pricing strategy.
• Strong analytical and data-oriented mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with regional and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management during the NPI process to align portfolio pricing globally.
• Design and apply customer segmentation and pricing strategies across portfolio segments.
• Monitor outlier pricing situations and ensure alignment with agreement processes.
• Utilize digital tools to support pricing analysis and decision-making.
• Provide data-informed recommendations to guide cross-functional teams.
