Job summary

Visa is seeking a Sr Analyst for VAS Pricing Strategy to drive monetization and pricing strategy for issuing solutions value-added products and services. You will mentor junior team members and partner with global product, regional solution, and sales teams to shape pricing and packaging strategies.

You will develop business cases, present to executives, and measure pricing impact, while simplifying pricing constructs to accelerate sales.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
• Experience in pricing strategy or corporate strategy is a plus
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives and working in a global matrix organization

Responsibilities

• Build pricing and packaging using value-based pricing
• Develop pricing insights informed by local market dynamics and competitive landscape
• Create executive-ready presentations and gain alignment from senior leadership
• Define pricing KPIs and monitor changes for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to implement pricing updates
