Job summary

Visa, a global leader in payments technology, seeks a Senior Manager for the Value-Added Services (VAS) Pricing team. The role leads governance, pricing initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to drive monetization and alignment with the 2030 strategy.

You will partner with Product, Sales, Commercial Operations, and Finance to build rigorous pricing processes, develop executive-ready analyses, and implement pricing proposals across the VAS portfolio.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g. MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years with a PhD.
Experience in pricing, business strategy, finance, or management consulting.
Experience managing governance processes and cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and ability to translate data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

Lead the VAS pricing governance process from intake to reporting.
Improve pricing policies, processes, tools, and decision frameworks for efficiency and transparency.
Coordinate governance forums and provide clear analyses and recommendations to stakeholders.
Partner with Product, Sales, Commercial Operations, and Finance on pricing initiatives and cross-functional programs.
