Job summary

Visa is seeking a Sr. Analyst for the VAS Pricing Strategy to accelerate monetization and pricing for issuing solutions. You will mentor junior team members and partner with product, sales, and operations to shape pricing and packaging.

You will analyze large data sets, conduct market research, and present executive-ready recommendations to align with global and local market dynamics, driving growth and value creation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years with an Advanced degree or 0 years with a PhD.
• Experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, product strategy or Go-To-Market strategy; pricing experience preferred.
• Experience in a global matrix org, cross-functional collaboration, and support for a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Build understanding of our products' value and develop pricing/packaging using value-based pricing.
• Develop pricing derived from local market understanding and competitive landscape.
• Create business cases for monetization and lead cross-functional initiatives to completion.
• Independently craft executive-ready presentations and align senior leadership.
• Define pricing KPIs and measure effectiveness to enable continuous improvement.
