Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Pricing Manager for the International Industrial Beverage unit. You will drive pricing strategy, financial analysis, and profitability initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Commercial, and Leadership teams.

The role partners with Commercial and Finance to optimize pricing, evaluate opportunities, and support strategic growth across international markets. Ideal candidates reside near Charlotte, NC or Lake Forest, IL, or nearby manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field required.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in pricing, financial analysis, FP&A, or related disciplines.
Experience supporting commercial organizations within manufacturing, packaging, or food & beverage industries preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analytics.
Experience with SAP, ERP systems, pricing platforms, and BI tools is required or strongly preferred.
Strong ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex financial concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead pricing strategy, profitability optimization, and market competitiveness for International Industrial Beverage markets.
Provide pricing recommendations, bid support, and profitability analysis for negotiations and proposals.
Build and maintain financial models evaluating pricing scenarios, volume impacts, and margins.
Monitor pricing performance, conduct variance analysis, and support budgeting and long-range planning.
Lead, mentor pricing and financial analysts and drive pricing process improvements.
