Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Pricing Manager for the International Industrial Beverage Business Unit, based in Charlotte, NC, with optional proximity to Lake Forest, IL. You will lead pricing strategy, financial analysis, and profitability initiatives, partnering with Sales and Commercial teams to optimize pricing and proposals.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with SAP/ERP systems, and a track record in pricing, FP&A, and revenue management within manufacturing or packaging industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies to drive revenue growth, margin expansion and market competitiveness.
• Evaluate customer opportunities, contracts and proposals to optimize profitability.
• Partner with Commercial and Sales teams to provide pricing recommendations and profitability analyses.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
• Lead and develop pricing/financial analysts and drive pricing process improvements.
