Job summary

Flywire seeks a senior pricing leader to own global software pricing, packaging and contracting across verticals. You’ll translate product value and market insight into scalable commercial models, partnering with Strategy, Product, Sales and Finance to drive growth while protecting margins.

The Director of Pricing & Commercial Growth will shape pricing governance, lead cross-functional initiatives, monitor KPIs, and present scenarios to the executive team.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of pricing, monetization, GTM strategy, with a B2B SaaS/平台 background.
• Proven ownership of pricing and packaging for multi-product software.
• Strong understanding of value-based, tiered and usage-based pricing models.
• Experience building scalable pricing frameworks, governance and contracting models.
• Strong analytical capability with sound commercial judgment.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and align across functions.
• Clear, confident communicator with ability to navigate complexity.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing & packaging strategy across products, verticals and segments.
• Design value-based pricing models, bundles and offers.
• Define pricing frameworks including list prices, floors and discount thresholds.
• Collaborate with Strategy/BizOps, Product, Sales to align pricing with roadmap.
• Lead pricing for new products, expansions and major initiatives.
• Own deal structures and contracting strategy with Legal.
• Develop standard templates and commercial terms for faster deals.
• Establish governance to balance sales flexibility with margins.
• Drive ACV growth, margin uplift and price realization.
