Job summary

Flywire is seeking a Finance/FP&A Manager to partner with Sales and Marketing, driving revenue forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. You will build complex financial models for transaction and SaaS revenue, analyze variance, and present insights to senior leadership.

Proficiency in SQL/Python/Looker and advanced Excel/PowerPoint is required. This role sits in our global FP&A team and offers exposure to high-impact strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Undergrad degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is required.
• MBA and CPA strongly desired.
• 8+ years of finance experience with leadership roles.
• Experience building revenue forecast models from large data sets.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to executives.
• Interest in AI tools for forecasting automation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end revenue forecasting: annual budget, quarterly forecasts, long-range plans.
• Perform variance analysis for revenue and KPIs for leadership insights.
• Develop complex models for volume-based transaction and SaaS revenue.
• Design robust cohort-based revenue models for scenarios.
• Leverage SQL, Python, and Looker to extract and visualize data.
