Job summary

Flywire is seeking a Finance/FP&A Manager to partner with Sales, Marketing, Investor Relations and Analytics to drive revenue forecasting, pricing decisions and go-to-market performance. This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy and execution, influencing leadership decisions with forecasting insights.

You will own end-to-end revenue forecasting, build volume-based and SaaS revenue models, and collaborate with global teams to deliver accurate reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is required.
• MBA and CPA strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end revenue forecasting process, including annual budget, quarterly forecasts (QBRs), and long-range plans (LRP).
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis for revenue and KPIs, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for volume-based transactions and SaaS revenue.
• Leverage SQL, Python, R, Looker to extract and visualize data from ERP/CRM/data warehouse.
• Drive process efficiency by automating reporting and model updates using VBA/Python.
