Job summary

Flywire in the United States is seeking an experienced Finance/FP&A Manager to partner with Sales, Marketing and Analytics, influencing revenue growth, pricing decisions and go-to-market performance.

You will lead end-to-end revenue forecasting, develop complex financial models for SaaS and volume-based transactions, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership using SQL, Python, and Looker. This role sits in the Business Unit FP&A team reporting to the head of BU FP&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and CPA strongly desired.
• Minimum 8+ years of finance experience with leadership.
• Experience building revenue forecast models using large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end revenue forecasting, annual budget, quarterly forecasts and LRPs.
• Conduct variance analysis (actuals vs budget) and provide insights to executives.
• Develop and maintain complex volume-based and SaaS revenue models; support business cases.
• Leverage SQL, Python, Looker to extract and visualize data from ERP/CRM systems.
