Job summary

Peak Technologies seeks a Global Senior Operations Business & Pricing Manager to build and optimize digital tools and reporting systems that reveal pricing and margin performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional operations to ensure reports support business objectives.

You will develop pricing models, dashboards, and analytics, translating insights into actionable recommendations and guiding pricing decisions in line with company goals and processes.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in financial analysis, complex analytics, scenario modeling, and pricing strategy.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel; SQL; familiarity with NetSuite, SAP HANA, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; interpret data and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pricing models, dashboards, and analytical tools for margins, discounting and profitability.
• Partner with commercial, offering, and operations teams to align pricing with business goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to optimize pricing models.
• Conduct financial analysis to predict revenue impacts of pricing changes.
• Prepare reports and provide recommendations on feasibility of manufacturing or purchases.
