Job summary

McKinsey Periscope in the United States seeks a data-driven professional to tackle pricing, merchandising and analytics challenges for clients. You will work in cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and drive adoption with client sponsors, leveraging cloud-based tools and advanced analytics.

You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers and product experts to deploy and upgrade analytics solutions, while developing deep domain knowledge across pricing, promotions, loyalty

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering; MBA is a plus.
• 2+ years in consulting, analytic pricing, merchandising or tech delivery.
• Experience with data science, data visualization tools, statistics in CPG/retail.
• Experience partnering with product teams, PMs, analysts and data teams.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to articulate solutions to varied stakeholders.
• Able to work in entrepreneurial environments with client sponsors.
• Proven problem-solving skills and data-led reasoning.
• Experience with large data sources and cloud tools.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and hypothesis testing.
