Job summary

Peak Technologies is seeking a Global Senior Operations Business & Pricing Manager to build and implement digital tools and reporting that reveal pricing performance across the organization. You will work with cross-functional operations teams to ensure reporting ecosystems support business objectives.

The role focuses on pricing strategy, analytics, and decision support, driving improvements in margins, discounting, and profitability across services portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, engineering, marketing, statistics, or related field.
• MBA or master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build pricing models, dashboards, and analytical tools for margins, discounting, and profitability across services portfolio.
• Partner with commercial, offering, and operations teams to turn pricing insights into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to optimize pricing models.
• Conduct financial analysis to predict revenue and market share impacts of pricing changes.
• Prepare reports, charts, and graphs of findings and assess feasibility of manufacturing or buying needed products.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and business development to support pricing decisions and compliance.
• Design and refine pricing processes; support alternative pricing structures and differential benefits.
• Provide technical expertise for high-priority pricing projects, including RFPs, proposals, and pricing changes.
