This role develops pricing models and dashboards, partners with sales, marketing, finance, and IT to translate insights into action, and drives pricing strategy in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–8+ years in financial analysis, complex analytics, scenario modeling, and pricing strategy.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel; SQL; familiarity with NetSuite, SAP HANA, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce; pricing principles and strategy.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; ability to interpret data and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pricing models, dashboards, and analytical tools for margins, discounting, and profitability.
• Partner with commercial, offering, and operations teams to translate pricing insights into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to optimize pricing models.
• Conduct financial analysis to predict revenue and market share impacts of pricing changes.
• Prepare reports, charts, and graphs; assess findings and advise purchasing on feasibility of manufacturing or buying products.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and business development to support pricing decisions and policy compliance.
• Design and refine pricing processes; support alternative pricing structures and differential benefits.
• Provide technical expertise for high‑priority pricing projects, including RFPs and pricing changes.
