Job summary

Affirm is a remote-first company reinventing credit with a focus on transparent, flexible pay-later solutions. The Analytics Lead, Full Stack within the Merchant Pricing team will define pricing strategies and economics, collaborate across Partnerships, Product, Credit, and Finance, and drive market expansions.

You will apply strong analytical skills, leverage SQL/Python, and work with tools like Excel, Snowflake, and Sigma to optimize portfolio performance and inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced analytical role (pricing, consulting, finance, etc).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Snowflake, Sigma and scripting languages (SQL/Python).
• Ability to think creatively, work across teams and operate in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Define pricing strategy and structure new platform deals across markets.
• Perform pricing and economic analyses to optimize portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Product, Credit, Finance, and Engineering on pricing initiatives.
• Support international market expansion and go-to-market efforts.
