Job summary

You will support webinars, maintain field content databases, run skills matrices and Tiger Team education programs, and collaborate with Sales to optimize revenue growth and technical sales effectiveness.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills, with PMP, Agile, Salesforce, Power BI, or AWS being a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with operational rigor and analytical agility.
• Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, or AWS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage change requests and project support for Presales technologies and programs.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing through webinars and maintain a database of field-sourced content.
• Run skills matrices, rotational programs, and Tiger Team education initiatives.
• Drive revenue growth by optimizing Presales initiatives and improving technical sales effectiveness.
• Identify process improvements, tools, and best practices to streamline Presales workflows.
