Boomi is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer to provide pre-sales technical support and define Boomi solutions for customers across the portfolio.

You will collaborate with sales, assess customer needs, design end-to-end integrations, and present detailed specifications and demos. This remote-friendly role emphasizes strong communication, IPaaS experience, and API proficiency across major platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field preferred.
• Experience with web services, APIs, and enterprise messaging.
• Hands-on IPaaS and integration architecture experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and executive presentation skills.
• Familiarity with LLMs and chat-based AI applications.
• Proficiency with APIs from major platforms (Bedrock, OpenAI, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify customer needs and landscape.
• Assess and present Boomi solutions across the portfolio.
• Prepare detailed product specifications and impactful presentations.
• Discuss product capabilities with technical users and stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal specialists to build the win team for prospects.
• Support RFI/RFP responses with in-scope technical answers.
• Verify operability of configurations within the customer's environment.
• Perform advanced systems integration and design the solution.
