Job summary

Boomi is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer to deliver pre-sales technical support across our enterprise platform. You’ll help define customer solutions using the full Boomi product range and coordinate experts to craft compelling demonstrations and proofs of concept.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and API/IPaaS expertise, with familiarity in LLM applications and AI-driven integration strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (CS, Math, Engineering) or equivalent.
Experience with web services, APIs, and enterprise messaging.
Hands-on IPaaS and integration architecture experience.

Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales technical support to field sales teams.
Define Boomi solutions for customers across product portfolio.
Prepare detailed product specifications and impactful presentations.
Discuss capabilities with technical users and stakeholders, validating configurations via Demos/POCs.
Coordinate internal specialists to assemble the win team for prospects.
Support RFI/RFP completion with technical questions.
