Job summary

Safelite’s Early Career Global Analytics program offers three 8-month rotations in which you will support cross-functional teams and analyze data to guide business decisions. The program emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and exposure to senior leaders in the U.S.

and internationally. You should have a bachelor’s degree in analytics or data science, internship experience in analytics, and a GPA of 3.3+ with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Analytics or Data Science by June 2027.
• Previous analytics internship focusing on predictive modeling.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through activities.
• GPA of 3.3 or higher at application time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to relocate to Columbus, OH.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Complete three, 8-month rotations, gaining hands-on experience.
• Support business functions with day-to-day tasks and projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build relationships across rotations.
• Identify efficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze data to inform strategies and business cases.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
