Ideal candidates have a business/finance degree, internship analytics experience, and a GPA of 3.3 or higher. This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and continuous learning within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Degree by June 2027 required.
• Internship experience in analytics preferred.
• GPA 3.3 or higher at application time.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Complete three, 8-month rotations across Safelite functions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gain hands-on experience.
• Identify efficiencies and contribute to program projects.
• Analyze tasks and processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Present strategy and recommendations to senior leadership.
