Safelite is offering an Early Career Analytics program designed to develop future leaders in business analytics. You will rotate through three eight-month assignments, gaining hands-on experience across marketing, customer experience, and analytics.

The program emphasizes collaboration with senior leaders, data-driven decision making, and personal development, with a clear path to functional roles after completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree by June 2027 in Business Analytics, Finance, or related field.
• Previous internship in Business Analytics required; corporate experience preferred.
• Strong leadership potential through academics or activities.
• GPA of 3.3 or higher at application time.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Self-motivation, initiative, and curiosity with a growth mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quick learning of new tools.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship; Columbus, OH residency or willingness to relocate.
• Ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 8-month rotations with hands-on tasks.
