Job summary

Safelite is launching a Global Early Career Professional program in Columbus, OH. You will complete three 8-month rotations across the Marketing & Customer Experience function, analyzing customer behavior and business trends to improve experiences and drive growth.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders, with a path to pursue roles that leverage your strengths within Safelite or Belron. A strong analytics mindset and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field by June 2027.
• Previous internship experience in Business Analytics required. Corporate experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, professional, or extracurricular activities.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher at the time of application.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, initiative, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and applications.
• Eligible to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Columbus, OH.
• Ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Support business function through performing hands-on learned day-to-day tasks and projects.
• Engage with internal associates to gain hands-on experience in each rotation.
• Identify, recommend, and incorporate efficiencies on each rotation.
• Analyze tasks and processes with a continuous improvement mindset to support business objectives.
• Provide insights and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to research and analyze business problems and develop project strategy.
• Present strategy to senior leadership and lead projects where applicable.
• Lead program stretch projects with deadlines and deliverables.
