Job summary

Safelite’s Global Early Career Professional program partners with Belron to develop analytics talent through three 8-month rotations. You’ll gain hands-on experience in predictive modeling, data science, and analytics operations while working across functions in the U.S.

Candidates should plan to relocate to Columbus, OH, have a Bachelor’s in Analytics or Data Science by June 2027, and show leadership potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics or Data Science by June 2027.
• Internship experience in analytics with predictive modeling exposure.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academics or activities.
• GPA 3.3 or higher at application time.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 8-month rotations across SBUs/functional teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze business problems.
• Develop project strategies and present insights to senior leadership.
• Contribute to or lead program stretch projects with deadlines.
