Job summary

NYHO in New York is seeking a Detail‑oriented Sample Coordinator to manage fashion sample requests and oversee domestic and international shipments.

You will coordinate daily US loans, track shipments, maintain inventory, and liaise with global PR teams and editors to ensure timely delivery and proper condition of samples. The role requires strong organizational skills and readiness to support showroom activities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating fashion sample loans and shipments.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments across domestic and international routes.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage sample requests from editors, stylists, VIPs, internal teams, and sister agencies.
• Coordinate daily US sample loans from start to end: send-out, tracking, and returns.
• Lead and execute international sample shipments and document shipping records.
• Maintain sample trackers including location, recipient, status, and due dates.
• Prepare showroom for PR meetings and set up internal sample sales.
• Support event planning, logistics, and reporting for press activities.
